Compensation & Bonuses
Average weekly pay: $1,300-$1,400+
Sign-on bonus: $1,000
Paid per mile (CPM) or 26% of load revenue - whichever pays more
Position Highlights
Home every week for your 34-hour reset (weekends whenever possible)
No-touch freight - maximize your drive time
90% drop & hook, few live load/unload
Dry van trailers only
Midwest regional routes only
