<p>Our client is seeking a professional Class A CDL Shuttle Driver for a local, full-time position delivering automotive parts to dealerships in the Laredo area. This role offers daily home time with no layovers and the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>
<ul>
  <li><strong>Hourly pay:</strong> $20 per hour for local deliveries</li>
  <li><strong>Average weekly earnings:</strong> $1,000–$1,200, depending on delivery type</li>
  <li><strong>Out-of-town delivery pay:</strong> $0.33 per mile for trips from Laredo to San Antonio or Eagle Pass, Texas</li>
  <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday through Friday</li>
  <li><strong>Start time:</strong> Flexible between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.</li>
  <li><strong>Hours per week:</strong> 40</li>
  <li>Daily home time with no layovers</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>

  <li><strong>Route type:</strong> Local shuttle and route deliveries, with occasional out-of-town deliveries</li>
  <li><strong>Freight:</strong> Automotive parts</li>
  <li><strong>Equipment:</strong> 48- to 58-foot day cab truck</li>
  <li><strong>Handling:</strong> Heavy touch freight, including rolling wheeled crates of automotive parts</li>
  <li>Average of 5–10 dealership stops per shift</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on assigned routes</li>
  <li>Deliver automotive parts to dealerships accurately and on schedule</li>
  <li>Complete approximately 5–10 stops per shift</li>
  <li>Handle touch freight and roll wheeled crates of parts during deliveries</li>
  <li>Perform lift gate operations as required</li>
  <li>Follow all applicable safety, transportation, and customer service standards</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Class A CDL</li>
  <li>1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
  <li>Recent route delivery experience, including lift gate operations</li>
  <li>Current DOT Medical Card</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
