<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>Our client is seeking a CDL A Hazmat Driver for a regional, multi-state driving position based in Kingman, Arizona. This role includes multi-stop routes, touch freight, overnight travel, and sleeper berth layovers of up to five days per week. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential to become permanent.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>
<ul>
  <li>$27.50 per hour</li>
  <li>40 hours per week</li>
  <li>Regional routes based out of Kingman, Arizona</li>
  <li>Overtime after 40 hours</li>
  <li>$30 per diem or layover pay for each qualifying layover</li>
  <li>Dispatch times and workdays vary based on route requirements</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Route type: Regional, multi-state, and multi-stop routes</li>
  <li>Freight: Hardware and related products</li>
  <li>Freight handling: Touch freight with manual unloading as required</li>
  <li>Equipment: Tandem-axle sleeper tractor, dry van trailer, manual pallet jack, liftgate, and rollers</li>
  <li>Overnight travel with sleeper berth layovers</li>
  <li>Electronic logging and delivery systems required</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Operate a Class A commercial vehicle on multi-state regional routes.</li>
  <li>Deliver and pick up hardware and related products at multiple locations.</li>
  <li>Complete multi-stop routes with overnight sleeper berth layovers.</li>
  <li>Unload freight using a manual pallet jack, liftgate, rollers, or hand unloading when required.</li>
  <li>Secure and handle freight throughout each route.</li>
  <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate delivery documentation.</li>
  <li>Operate required electronic systems and applications.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License</li>
  <li>6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
  <li>Hazmat endorsement</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
  <li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>
  <li>Ability to operate multi-stop regional routes and complete multi-state runs</li>
  <li>Comfort with touch freight and manual unloading</li>
  <li>Ability to stay overnight in a sleeper berth</li>
  <li>Ability to operate required electronic systems and applications</li>
</ul>
