<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL A flatbed driver to support operations based in Kansas City, MO. This position offers home daily opportunities.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 AM sharp (no exceptions)</li>
    <li>Averages 60-65 hours per week</li>
    <li>Pay: $29+ per hour + overtime after 40 hours</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: Local, home daily, may deliver as far as 250 miles out in any direction</li>
    <li>Freight / Load Type: Steel coils and beams</li>
    <li>Equipment: International &amp; Freightliner day cabs (2023 – 2024)</li>
    <li>Handling: Will secure load as needed and strap &amp; unstrap at delivery site. Driver will be loaded daily by forklift driver and expected to spot the forklift operator as needed.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate CDL A flatbed on local routes</li>
    <li>Transport heavy steel equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Perform required handling tasks</li>
    <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations</li>
    <li>Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>License: CDL A</li>
    <li>Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
