Position Description
SALARY/ PAY:
$26.00 -$30.00 Hourly (Wage determined by experience verified by references and uponcompletion of interview). 
REPORTS TO:
 Shop Foreman, Project Manager, & OfficeManagement Personnel.
SUMMARY/ ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
 
(Truck Driver role, mainlybut not limited to;)
Reports directly to Shop Foremandaily. 
• Perform pre, andpost trip inspections on trucks, pursuant to D.O.T. regulations. 
• Know, understand,and find addresses and jobs quickly & efficiently. 
• Safely drivetruck to jobsites, & upon arriving driver must be able to safely maneuvertruck in often very unstable ground conditions. 
• Upon completionof the day, driver will wash down truck, pup, & tires. 
• Driver mustcollect haul tickets throughout shift and turn them in at the end of each day. 
REQUIRED SKILLS 
• Ability to readand comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. 
• Ability to applycommon sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written ororal instructions. 
• Must have a validClass A CDL. 
• Must have a validMedical Card as per D.O.T. standard. 
• Familiar withTitle 49 Federal Regulations and D.O.T violations.

EXPERIENCE - 
Successful applicants must have a minimum of 1 year(s) experience driving a Class Arequired commercial motor vehicle. A tankers endorsement is also preferred but not required. 
PHYSICAL/ ENVIRONMENTALDEMANDS
• Ability to liftat least 50 lbs. multiple times daily.
• Competency andawareness of surroundings to identify safety hazards.
• Employee isregularly required to sit, climb, talk., hear, and use fingers. 
• Exposure to hotoutdoor temperatures for up to 10 hours a day, along with direct sunlight. 
• Exposure to coldweather and snowy conditions in the winter months. 
• Employee isexpected to complete small maintenance on their assigned truck, including butnot limited to miscellaneous small repairs, and part replacements.
EXPECTATIONS
This is a FULL-TIME position.Shifts & hours vary depending on the season. Overtime is required andvaries depending on the demand of work. Attendance is an essential function ofthis job. Successful candidates must have transportation to main shop daily.
