TransForce is seeking a CDL A Shuttle Driver to support local operations based in Kansas City, MO.  

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Shuttle Driver Details 

• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday OR Monday - Friday; 8PM - 9PM star times; 40-45 hours per week 

• Pay:  $28.50 per hour

• Route Type: local; Kansas City to Omaha and back

• Equipment: 53' trailer

• Handling: light touch - pallet jack to unload

CDL A Shuttle Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A 

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Shuttle Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate 53' trailer on local routes 

• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including unloading pallets from the truck using a pallet jack at Omaha, return with an empty trailer.

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including unloading onto a dock or another trailer
