CDL A Heavy Haul Driver - $32-$40 Per Hour - Phoenix, AZ

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced CDL Class A driver for local heavy haul routes in Phoenix, AZ. You will transport specialized equipment and materials, ensuring secure loads and safe delivery to local warehouses.

Pay & Schedule

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (Saturday possible), 7 AM – 7 PM
• $32 to $40 Per Hour, depending on experience

Job Details

• Route Type: Local
• Freight: Heavy haul, including energy solution batteries and construction equipment
• Equipment: 2020 Peterbilt 589 with Eaton 18-speed manual transmission; Jeep Lowboy/Booster Combo or Stepdeck trailers
• Handling: Load/unload equipment using straddle lifts; secure loads using chains

Key Responsibilities

• Run local routes between yard and warehouses
• Load/unload equipment using straddle lifts
• Secure loads using chains

Minimum Requirements

• CDL Class A with doubles/triples endorsements
• 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable heavy haul experience
• Experience with load securement
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
