CDL A - Flatbed Drivers - Pageland, SC - $25.00 hourly + Benefits

TransForce is seeking a dependable CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local operations based in Pageland, SC. 

CDL A Flatbed Driver Details 

• Schedule: M-F, 6/7 AM start, 8-10 hour shifts, 40+ hours per week. (Some Saturday work)
• Pay:  $25.00/hr + OT after 40
• Route Type: Local / NC/SC
• Freight / Load Type: Mulch/Seasonal Items to Big Box Stores 
• Handling: Strapping, No tarping required

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A 
• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 
• Equipment Experience: Flatbed tractor-trailer and freight delivery experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) 
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Flatbed Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate 53' tractor-trailer on local routes 
• Transport in accordance with DOT and company safety standards to warehouses and storefronts
• Perform required handling tasks of strapping down the load
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including the ability to safely lift 50 lbs
