What you'll do:
- Safely operate and maneuver commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, in various driving conditions
- Transport automotive parts to designated locations following specified routes and schedules
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and interactions with customers Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate loading and unloading of cargo
Requirements
What you'll need:
- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CDL A Driver preferred
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading cargo
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
