CDL A Drivers - $28.50 Per Hour - OT

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Omaha, NE 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: 3am Start, Mon – Fri w/possibility of a 4-day work week. All runs are 8 – 10 hours w/occasional O/T (40-50 hrs. per week)

• Pay: $28.50 Per Hour + OT after 40 hours

• Route Type: Local

• Freight / Load Type: Medical supplies 

• Equipment: Volvos & some leased tractors pulling 53’ dry van trailers 

• Handling: Touch freight using hand carts, manual and electric pallet jacks to load/unload 

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A 

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including hand carts, manual and electric pallet jacks to load/unload

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
