Full Description

Job duties are continually changing depending on the requirements of each project. The CDL Class A driver/ Labor is expected to assist in the general operation of each job site. The driver is also required to maintain a valid class A Commercial Drivers License with Tanker Endorsement and DOT medical card. Truck Drivers must perform daily maintenance checks and report any mechanical or safety issues to a supervisor. The position consists of but is not limited to the following duties:

Qualifications

  • Flagging traffic;
  • Set up and maintenance of erosion control;
  • Loading and unloading of materials;
  • General clean up around job site;
  • Checking and maintaining grade stakes;
  • Set up and maintenance of all traffic control aids;
  • Operating small equipment such as dozer, backhoe, rollers and power brooms;
  • General maintenance of all equipment and tools.
