<p>Location: Taftville, Connecticut</p>

<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support a client's local operations based in Taftville, Connecticut.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Pay: Up to $1,600 weekly, averaging $80,000 per year</li>
    <li>Schedule: Monday - Friday, some Saturdays. Start time at 5:30 PM</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: Local</li>
    <li>Freight Handling: No touch</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate a 53' dry van on local routes</li>
    <li>Transport furniture in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>License: CDL A</li>
    <li>Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
