<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>We are seeking a skilled CDL A Driver for a dynamic role that involves both pneumatic bulk and flatbed operations. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.</p>

<h3>Pay & Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Pay Rate: $32 per hour</li>
    <li>Employment Type: Temp to Perm</li>
    <li>Schedule: Monday to Friday</li>
    <li>Average 40+ hours per week with overtime available</li>
    <li>Start times: 4:00 AM for pneumatic operations; 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM for flatbed operations</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: Local / Home Daily</li>
    <li>Freight: Dry powder cement and local pallet deliveries</li>
    <li>Equipment: Pneumatic bulk trailer and 40 ft flatbed</li>
    <li>Handling: Driver will operate blower system for unloading and be responsible for strapping and tarping when necessary</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Operate pneumatic bulk trailer and unload product into silo</li>
    <li>Complete approximately 2 loads per day / 6 loads per week</li>
    <li>Manage local pallet deliveries using a flatbed truck</li>
    <li>Ensure safe loading and unloading procedures</li>
    <li>Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
    <li>CDL A license and tanker endorsement required</li>
    <li>Pneumatic experience preferred but not mandatory</li>
</ul>
