TransForce is seeking a&nbsp;CDL A driver to support&nbsp;local operations&nbsp;based&nbsp;in&nbsp;O'Fallon, MO.&nbsp;

Seasonal:&nbsp;&nbsp;This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.&nbsp;

CDL A Details&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>
	Schedule:&nbsp;Monday- Friday W/ Weekends OFF, 6am start time, 40-50 hours per week&nbsp;
	</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Pay: $29 Per Hour + OT after 40 hours
	</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Route Type:&nbsp;Local
	</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Freight / Load Type: Hauling mulch and compost
	</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Equipment:&nbsp;&nbsp;Open, Dump Style Truck
	</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Handling:&nbsp;Touch is only needed if there is a build up of mulch/compost in the trailer and it will not slide out of the trailer on its own. In that case, the driver would climb in to release.&nbsp;
	</li>
</ul>

CDL A Minimum&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>
	License:&nbsp;CDL A
	</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Experience: 6+&nbsp;months&nbsp;of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience&nbsp;
	</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Endorsements:&nbsp;None
	</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)&nbsp;
	</li>
	<li>
	Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements&nbsp;
	</li>
</ul>

CDL A Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>
	Safely&nbsp;operate&nbsp;CDL A equipment on&nbsp;local routes&nbsp;
	</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Transport&nbsp;mulch in accordance with&nbsp;DOT and company safety standards&nbsp;
	</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Perform required handling tasks including releasing build-up in trailer as needed
	</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections&nbsp;
	</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Maintain&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;logs and paperwork&nbsp;
	</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations&nbsp;
	</li>
</ul>
