<p>TransForce is seeking a <strong>CDL-A Driver</strong> to support <strong>local operations.</strong></p>

<p>This position offers steady work, a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, and the opportunity to join a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3><strong>CDL-A Driver Details:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday
	<li><strong>Start Time:</strong> Approximately <strong>1:00 AM–5:00 AM</strong>
	<li><strong>Pay:</strong> Competitive pay based on assignment
	<li><strong>Route Type:</strong> Local
	<li><strong>Home Time:</strong> Local routes are home daily; overnight routes consist of <strong>single-night out-and-back trips</strong>
	<li><strong>Overnights:</strong> Typically not required
	<li><strong>Freight / Load Type:</strong> General freight, primarily <strong>drop and hook.</strong>
	<li><strong>Handling:</strong> Approximately <strong>85–90% pull-off-and-sign</strong>, with breakdowns required at times
	<li><strong>Equipment:</strong> Single- and double-axle day cabs pulling primarily <strong>53&apos; dry van trailers</strong>
	<li><strong>Transmission:</strong> Automatic
</ul>

<h3><strong>CDL-A Driver Minimum Requirements:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>License:</strong> Valid CDL-A
	<li>Previous commercial driving experience
	<li>Ability to safely operate day cabs and dry van trailers
	<li>Ability to handle freight and perform breakdowns when required
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
</ul>

<h3><strong>CDL-A Driver Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate a CDL-A day cab on assigned local and regional routes
	<li>Deliver freight to assigned customers while following company and DOT safety standards
	<li>Complete pull-off-and-sign deliveries and perform freight breakdowns when required
	<li>Safely handle and secure freight throughout the delivery process
	<li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
	<li>Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and operations
	<li>Follow all company safety procedures and delivery protocols
	<li>Complete occasional single-night overnight routes when assigned or requested
</ul>

<h3><strong>Overnight Route Details:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Routes are structured as <strong>out-and-back trips with a single night out</strong>
	<li><strong>Hotel accommodations and meals are paid for</strong>
	<li>Overnight work is generally not required.
	<li>Full-time associates may be required to run overnight routes
</ul>
