Average Yearly Pay Range: $65,000 - $122,000

In addition to base pay, our drivers have the ability to earn up to $9400 in quarterly incentive and safe driving bonuses, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Kwik Trip, Inc., services our 865+ convenience store locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan and South Dakota. As a Driver for Kwik Trip, you are responsible for the safe and timely delivery and unloading of product being sent to store locations. On average Drivers make 4 to 8 stops per night at the Kwik Trip stores and average 1,300 miles per week. They are able to be home at the end of each shift and drive only the best equipment. Our state-of-the art fleet is equipped with electronic logging, satellite communication, and is serviced regularly by our own Truck Maintenance Shop.

Qualifications:

• Class A CDL with combination vehicle and air brakes endorsements- ability to obtain Hazmat endorsement
• Prior Class A commercial driving experience is a plus but not required
• Good driving record
• High level of customer service
• Accurate / detail orientated
• Willing to learn / perform a variety of job tasks
• Work well with others
• Work with minimal supervision
• Understand / accurately complete invoice paperwork
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Candidate must live within both 60 minutes and 60 miles of their home base in Madison, WI.

Physical Qualifications:

Sit up to 6 hours at a time; stand up to 2 hours at a time; bend/reach/twist/stoop/squat frequently; lift up to 75 pounds to waist level occasionally; lift up to 70 pounds to 60 inches occasionally; lift up to 40 pounds to 72 inches frequently; carry 90 pounds occasionally; push/pull up to 100 pounds of force occasionally; work in a safety conscious environment; work in a variety of temperature and weather conditions.

Work Schedules:

Our drivers will work a 4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule. This means every 7 weeks you would have both Saturday and Sunday off. Drivers typically work up to 50-60 hours per week.

Depending on needs, we offer an AM shift with leave times from 3am to 5:30 am and a PM shift with leave times from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm.
