USESI is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Driver to join our team. This position will be located in our Wyomissing, PA location.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Early Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Make all deliveries in a safe, professional, and courteous manner.
• Pick up material from our Central Distribution Center and transfer it to the branch location.
• Complete local deliveries to job sites.
• Check vehicles for safety and proper maintenance on a daily basis, including ensuring proper loading and driver logs are completed.
• Complying with all D.O.T. regulations. Completing all required company and D.O.T. paperwork.
• Advise the dispatcher of problems or delays as they occur during your delivery run.
• Complete all documentation for deliveries, including preparation of logs, customer signatures on logs, and out-of-state mileage logs.
• Reporting vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles.
• Advise management of problems or delays during your delivery route.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment
• Experience operating a 26-foot box truck.
• Must be strongly independent
• Must have a valid driver's license and DOT medical card
• Customer Service Experience and Driving Experience
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of customers, providing excellent customer service
