Mentor Option
Drivers with qualifying experience can choose to train new CDL holders while continuing to run OTR.
Mentor compensation includes:
$0.45-$0.55 CPM base pay

Up to +$0.10 CPM
 productivity incentive
Additional bonus opportunities
Priority mileage opportunities
Mentor assignments are generally 
11 days
, and drivers may take home time or return to solo driving between students.
New CDL Drivers Welcome
Recently earned your Class A CDL? Training opportunities are available.
New drivers begin at 
$0.35 CPM
 while completing training and gaining their first three months of qualifying experience. After reaching three months, drivers may transition to the experienced solo pay range of 
$0.45-$0.55 CPM
, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
At least 21 years old
Experienced Solo/Mentor applicants need 
3+ months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Must meet applicable DOT and company qualification requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States
