Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulations
• Transport freight efficiently within assigned routes
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate logbooks and documentation
• Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients and team members

• Option 1: $1,475 (Hazmat Endorsed) or $1,300 + Paid Time Off + Orientation Pay
• Option 2: $1,125 + Orientation Pay
• Additional $600 bonus after 30 days with a qualifying safety record

• CSA Safety Bonus every 90 days: $875 (Hazmat) or $700 + 8 hours PTO
• On-Road Safety Bonus: $600 every 90 days
• Anniversary Bonus: $100 per year of continuous service
• Band Pay (Extra pay on short hauls):
  • 0-100 miles: $35/load
  • 101-400 miles: $25/load (Loaded miles only, non-relayed loads)
• Detention Pay after 1 hour
• Safety-Based Raises at designated mileage intervals
• Premium Mileage Pay for placarded Hazmat hauls (less than 2% of freight is placarded)
• Referral Bonuses and other accessorial pay (stop-off pay, etc.)

• Valid Class A CDL
• 9 months of recent verified tractor-trailer experience
• No DWIs in the past 7 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Pass DOT physical, drug screen & Human Performance Evaluation (HPE for company truck drivers only)
• No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug test refusals or failures
