Work Location: 2581 Coffeytown Road, Cottage Grove WI 53527.
Core Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, with available overtime hours/pay.

Logistics CDL Driver, Class A CDL - Essential Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Logistics CDL Driver to join our team. This role involves operating a semi-truck to transport uncontaminated loads of seed, grain, fertilizer, and other agricultural products. We take pride in our long-standing driver retention, with many team members serving for decades.
- Safely operate semi-trucks, including Hopper Bottom and Live-Floor (Belt) trailers, in compliance with all traffic laws and defensive driving practices
- Ensure timely daily pickup and delivery of agricultural commodities
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance
- Utilize pallet jacks to load/unload products from dry vans when necessary
- Maintain delivery records and verify accurate loading and unloading procedures
- Clean truck thoroughly between product changes to prevent contamination
- Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transit
- Lock cab and cargo doors when unattended
- Refrain from using cell phones or handheld devices while driving
- Drive cautiously and responsibly in all weather and road conditions
- Collaborate across departments to support broader business operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Logistics CDL Driver, Class A CDL - Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record
- Preferred endorsements: Tanker and Hazmat
- Prior experience in Class A CDL delivery preferred
- Basic computer and technology proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
- Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment
