TransForce is seeking two CDL-A Drivers to support local transportation operations based in Richmond, VA.

Temp-to-Hire: This position offers consistent, full-time work with the possibility of becoming a permanent opportunity in the future.

<h3>CDL-A Driver Details:</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
	
	<li>
	Pay: $30 per hour
	
	<li>
	Overtime: Potential weekend overtime
	
	<li>
	Drivers Needed: 2
	
	<li>
	Route Type: Local
	
	<li>
	Average Stops: Approximately 7 per day
	
	<li>
	Freight / Load Type: Sub-units for data centers
	
	<li>
	Equipment: Standard 53-foot dry van trailer
	
	<li>
	Handling: No loading or unloading; drivers are responsible for securing the cargo
	
	<li>
	Service Area: Sandston/Richmond area
	
	<li>
	Travel Distance: Approximately 3 miles between sites
	
	<li>
	Automatic-Only Drivers: Accepted

<h3>CDL-A Driver Minimum Requirements:</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	License: Valid CDL-A
	
	<li>
	Experience: At least 2 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable commercial driving experience
	
	<li>
	Experience safely securing cargo
	
	<li>
	Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents within the last 3 years
	
	<li>
	Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	
</ul>

<h3>CDL-A Driver Responsibilities:</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer on local routes
	
	<li>
	Transport sub-units between data center sites
	
	<li>
	Properly inspect and secure cargo before transport
	
	<li>
	Complete approximately seven stops per day
	
	<li>
	Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
	
	<li>
	Maintain accurate paperwork and communicate effectively with dispatch
