<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>Our client is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver for a full-time, temp-to-hire position. Drivers will be responsible for hauling mulch products and may be asked to assist in unloading at customer sites. The role involves operating day cab tractors with manual transmission and flatbed trailers.</p>

<h3>Pay & Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour</li>
    <li>Overtime after 40 hours</li>
    <li>Dispatch times start between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM</li>
    <li>10-12 hours per day, with a minimum of 8 hours guaranteed</li>
    <li>Monday to Friday, with possible Saturday work during Spring/Summer</li>
</ul>

    <li>Route Type: Local deliveries</li>
    <li>Freight: Mulch products</li>
    <li>Equipment: Day cab tractors with manual transmission and flatbed trailers</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Operate Omnitracs XRS for delivery paperwork and mileage tracking</li>
    <li>Complete local deliveries with 3-4 stops per day</li>
    <li>Report to local dispatcher and traffic coordinator</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>CDL A license with flatbed experience</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
    <li>Must wear jeans/work pants, high visibility shirt (not provided), and steel toe boots</li>
</ul>
