Minimum Requirements 
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
Must reside in or near the Memphis, TN area
Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements
 
Pay & Compensation
Average weekly pay: $1,124-$1,500
-CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded and empty
Average 2,300-2,500 miles per week
Consistent miles and steady year-round freight
Paid orientation
Home Time & Schedule
Home weekly with a 48-hour reset
Dedicated regional lane: Nashville ↔ Memphis ↔ St. Louis
Predictable scheduling and dispatch
Stable workload with consistent routes
