Your Daily Impact
As our next Street Sweeper, you'll be at the heart of our mission-delivering essential services that help improve public safety and enhance environmental quality. In this role, you'll take ownership of assigned routes, operate a street sweeper, and use specialized equipment to keep roadways clean and well-maintained. Your work plays a critical role in maintaining safe and clean communities.

Route Execution: 
Review routes in advance, ask clarifying questions as needed, and complete assigned work on time with attention to quality.
Safety & Inspections: 
Complete required pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe and operational before starting work.
Equipment & Material Handling: 
Operate equipment safely and efficiently, follow traffic laws and site protocols, and handle materials according to disposal and safety procedures.
Reporting & Documentation: 
Immediately report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns and accurately complete required logs and paperwork.
Professional Communication: 
Represent the Company professionally and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.
Adaptability & Reliability: 
Respond effectively to changing conditions, solve problems as they arise, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
Minimum Job Requirements:

Education: 
 High School or GED
Experience: 
1 year DOT driving experience - waste & recycling services experience preferred 
License: 
CDL-B & DOT Medical Card
Age: 
Must be at least 21 years of age
Compliance: 
Must maintain an acceptable driving record and successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, background check, and drug screening in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.
