A 10% dispatch fee applies after the first 6 months. Optional Trailer Rental: Dry Van: <ul><li>10% of gross load</li><li>Minimum $800</li><li>Maximum $1,300</li></ul> Reefer: <ul><li>$1,500/month</li><li>Plus reefer-hour and mileage charges as applicable</li></ul> Important: A refundable security deposit is required.
