 $1,750 average pay per week ($89K annual average; top drivers exceed $2,000/week)

Rate Structure:
 Experience-tier base rates starting at $0.77 up to $0.80 CPM (all-in rate hits up to $1.44 CPM factoring in unloads, stops, and load bonuses)
Additional Pay Events:
 $265 trailer unload pay, $15 stop pay, $35 backhaul pay, and an extra $125 weekly for pulling 3+ loads
Running Territory:
 Dedicated regional lanes across VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV
Workload Specs:
 ~1,100 miles weekly; 100% manual roller-unloads (1-6 stops per trailer)
Schedule
: Expect a guaranteed 34-hour reset at home each week. Drivers should be comfortable with night runs, weekend shifts, and holiday dispatch as needed.

Qualifications
Active Commercial Driver's License (Class A)
At least 90 days of verifiable CDL-A experience in the past 3 years
Physical capability to handle live retail store unloads

Ready to bring 2 weeks of personal gear to onboarding (Double endorsement is a plus, but not mandatory)
