What You'll Do:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning on trucks and related equipment with minimal supervision
• Inspect machines and identify parts for repair or reuse
• Accurately complete service reports, timecards, and parts orders
• Make confident repair decisions and set up jobs independently
• Take ownership of tool management and follow all safety procedures
• Support team performance and step into a lead technician role when needed

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with ability to obtain a CDL
• 3-5 years of hands-on mechanic experience
• Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
• Must pass a background check, physical exam, and drug screening
