<h3>About the Position</h3>

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Flatbed Drivers for local and regional deliveries in Eldridge, IA. This position offers $35 per hour, overtime after 40 hours, a Monday-Friday schedule, and no-touch freight. Drivers will transport steel beams and bundles throughout Iowa and Illinois.

<h3>Pay & Schedule</h3>

	Pay: $35 per hour
	
	<li>
	Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per week
	
	<li>
	Schedule: Monday-Friday
	
	<li>
	Start Time: 4:30 AM
	
	<li>
	Shift Length: Approximately 5-10 hours per day
	
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Route Type: Local and regional deliveries throughout IA and IL
	
	<li>
	Stops: Approximately 7-15 deliveries per day, with occasional pickups
	
	<li>
	Equipment: Automatic tandem-axle day cab with 48-foot flatbed or Conestoga trailer
	
	<li>
	Freight: Steel beams and bundles
	
	<li>
	Freight Handling: No-touch, but chaining, strapping, and tarping required
	
	<li>
	Additional Duties: Complete electronic logs using GeoTab and paper trip sheets
	
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	Valid CDL A
	
	<li>
	At least 9 months of verifiable CDL A driving experience
	
	<li>
	At least 3 months of flatbed experience
	
	<li>
	Ability to chain, strap, and tarp loads
	
	<li>
	Required safety gear: Steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, pants, and T-shirt
	
	<li>
	Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	
</ul>
