<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL A Yard and Shuttle Driver to support local operations in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. This on-site, temp-to-perm position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>

  <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $29.00 per hour</li>
  <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.</li>
  <li><strong>Hours:</strong> 40 hours per week</li>
  <li><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Temp to perm</li>

  <li><strong>Route Type:</strong> Local delivery; primarily yard jockey work with occasional local shuttle runs</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes and within the yard.</li>
  <li>Shuttle trailers in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.</li>
  <li>Perform yard jockey duties and required handling tasks.</li>
  <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.</li>
  <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.</li>
  <li>Meet the physical demands of the position.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid CDL A license.</li>
  <li>6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>No endorsements required.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
</ul>
