Essential Job Functions:

• Safely transport and install machinery of various sizes
• Perform rigging operations on stamping presses, weld cells, assembly cells, fixtures, and mezzanines
• Operate gantries, overhead cranes, mobile cranes, and forklifts
• Lead and coordinate crews on small and large-scale projects
• Maintain clear communication with customers, project managers, and estimators regarding job progress
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Train apprentices and team members on rigging techniques and equipment operation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial machinery installation and removal
• Experience operating gantries, overhead cranes, and mobile cranes
• Valid driver's license (CDL-A is a plus)
• Willingness to travel as needed
