Warehouse Technician

This position will report to Regional Field Service Manager. Work hours will be from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving/inspecting goods and verifying items against the shipment record

• Gathering, verifying, and packing items for shipment according to specifications and the applicable transportation method

• Recording received and shipped items.

• Maintain oil processing trailers, including maintenance, repairs etc. that make sure everything is aligned and organized.

• Maintain an active CDL required to drive tractors with/without trailers for inspection

• Setting day-to-day operational objectives for team

• Manage vehicle maintenance, registration, insurance, etc.

• Maintain calibration of all test equipment

• Arrange for repairs to test equipment, dry air machines, and other company equipment.

• Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex.

• Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.

• Maintain company equipment in an organized 5S manner.

• Previous warehousing and/or shipping experience is preferred for this position.

Requirements:

Associate degree and 2 years' experience or High School diploma and 5 years' experience in manufacturing/service warehouse environment required.

Be available evenings and weekends to respond to emergency needs for field service.

Ability to operate forklift effectively.

Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient computer skills.

Experience in SAP is highly recommended.
