TransForce is seeking CDL A Drivers to support local operations in Shorewood, IL. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering steady Monday-Friday work, home daily, and no-touch drop-and-hook freight.

CDL A Driver Details

<ul>
	<li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, Saturday if needed
	<li>Dispatch: Nighttime dispatch at 5:30 PM
	<li>Pay: Up to $0.69 per mile, depending on experience
	<li>Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,500-$1,600
	<li>Route Type: Local, home daily
	<li>Freight / Load Type: Furniture
	<li>Handling: No-touch, drop-and-hook
	<li>Miles: 2–5 deliveries per day
	<li>Equipment: Freightliner/International - Automatics & Manual Tran

CDL Driver Minimum Requirements

<ul>
	<li>License: CDL A
	<li>Experience: 1+ year of CDL A experience
	<li>Clean MVR with no accidents or major traffic/DOT violations
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
</ul>

CDL Driver Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate equipment on local routes
	<li>Transport furniture in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
	<li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
	<li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
	<li>Safely complete drop-and-hook deliveries
