<p>We are currently seeking a CDL A Yard Jockey Driver for local yard moves in Fernandina Beach, Florida. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $22 per hour, with overtime available after 40 hours.</p>

<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>The Yard Jockey Driver will be responsible for operating within the yard, moving trailers, and communicating effectively with warehouse staff. This is primarily a yard-based role, ideal for candidates comfortable with yard operations and trailer maneuvering.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pay Rate: $22/hour
	<li>Overtime after 40 hours
	<li>Schedule:
	<ul>
		<li>Wednesday: 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM (½ day)
		<li>Thursday – Saturday: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
	</ul>

	<li>Route Type: Local yard moves only
	<li>Freight: No touch freight
	<li>Equipment: 26&apos; box truck
	<li>Handling: Primarily yard-based work

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Operate as a yard jockey, moving trailers within the yard
	<li>Move trailers outside the yard to nearby locations as needed
	<li>Communicate effectively with warehouse staff
	<li>Follow dispatch and operational instructions closely
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid CDL A
	<li>18 months of verifiable experience operating commercial vehicles comparable to those used on this account within the past 36 months, OR
	<li>12 months of verifiable experience within the past 24 months
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
