Job description:
Team 1 Elite Transport is Wisconsin's largest and fastest-growing FedEx Ground linehaul contractor, operating out of Oshkosh, Green Bay, Menomonee Falls, and Manitowoc. As the exclusive FedEx Ground contractor based out of the Oshkosh terminal, our team plays a critical role in keeping freight moving across the region.
We run dedicated FedEx lanes throughout the Midwest, providing consistent, predictable work with set schedules you can count on. No chasing miles, no guessing your paycheck - you know your route, your schedule, and your income.
We're a small, team-focused company where people actually work together. You're not just a truck number here. Someone is always available when you need support, day or night.
Why drivers choose Team 1 Elite:
• Set schedules - full-time or part-time options
• Home daily - work nights, sleep in your own bed
• Consistent routes with drop-and-hook freight
• New equipment and well-maintained trucks
• A team that backs you, not leaves you on your own
Why nights work here:
Less traffic. Smoother runs. More consistency.
If you've driven nights before, you already know - it just makes the job easier.
Full Family Benefits & Protection:
Generous Sign-On Bonus $$ - We value your CDL-A expertise from day one.
Top-Tier Healthcare - Comprehensive UHC Medical, Dental, and Vision.
Peace of Mind - Company-provided Life Insurance, AD&D, and Disability coverage.
Invest in Your Future - 401(k) with a company match.
Rest & Recharge - Generous Paid Time Off (PTO).
Elite Equipment & Smart Tech:
Your office is a Brand New 2025 Volvo Day Cab, featuring:
Latest Technology: Volvo's newest driver-assist safety suites and high-definition digital displays for safer night driving.
Superior Comfort: Industry-leading ergonomics and premium seating.
100% No-Touch Freight: Efficient drop-and-hook operations.
We invest in our equipment because we expect our drivers to take pride in what they do - and we back that up.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid CDL-A License with a clean driving record.
Experience: Minimum 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
Doubles Endorsement: Don't have them yet? No problem - we just ask for a willingness to obtain it prior to your start date.
This isn't a revolving-door company.
We're building a team - people who want consistency, respect, and a place they can actually stay.
If you're tired of being just another seat in a big fleet and want something different, this is it.
