<p>Our client is seeking experienced local CDL A Drivers for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Houston, Texas. This role offers steady local work hauling general merchandise in a dry van with light-touch handling. A TWIC card and Hazmat endorsement are required, and drivers without a TWIC card must be willing to obtain one.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>

  <li>40 hours per week</li>
  <li>Local routes based in Houston, Texas</li>
  <li>Availability required 6 days per week</li>
  <li>Monday through Friday, plus either Saturday or Sunday</li>

  <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.</li>
  <li>Follow DOT safety standards and applicable regulations.</li>
  <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.</li>
  <li>1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>TWIC card or willingness to obtain one.</li>
  <li>Hazmat endorsement.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
  <li>Must be at least 21 years old.</li>
</ul>
