SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the installation and maintenance of various traffic control devices, with a focus on Detector Loops/Light Construction and related specialized equipment. The role involves assisting crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Detector Loops. It requires operating specialized equipment and various hand tools used in the traffic control trade. This position works primarily in the Detector Loops Section; however, the position may also involve work in other sections or on specialized projects as needed.

The City's Background Check Policy requires background checks to be conducted on final internal or external candidate(s) applying for any position with the City of Charlotte.
