<h2><strong>Local CDL A Delivery Driver - Food Service - Up to $110,000/Year - Manassas, VA</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<p>We&apos;re helping our client, a major food service distributor serving the Metro DC area, find experienced local CDL A delivery drivers in Manassas, VA. This is a direct hire opportunity paying $34/hr during training and up to $110,000/year after.</p>

<p>This role is physically demanding — expect 700-900 cases per load, up to 80 lbs per case, 10-15 stops per day. </p>

<p>Experienced food service drivers may qualify for a retention bonus of up to $10,000.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>$34.00/hr during 3-4 weeks of training
	<li>After training: component pay (stops + miles + cases)
	<li>Daily minimum: $320/day
	<li>Up to $110,000/year average
	<li>Pay is bi-weekly
	<li><strong>Retention bonus:</strong> $5,000 to $10,000 for drivers with relevant years of food service experience, paid out during the first year! 
</ul>

<h3><strong>Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Monday through Saturday availability required
	<li>5-6 days per week, Sunday always off
	<li>Start times vary between 10:00 PM and 4:30 AM — full flexibility required
	<li>Routes scheduled for 10.5 hours, up to 14 hours when needed
	<li>Up to 70 hours per week
</ul>

<h3><strong>What You&apos;ll Be Doing</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Delivering food service orders to 10-15 stops per day across Metro DC and within a 2-hour radius of Manassas, VA
	<li>Sorting customer orders in the trailer and loading onto a 2-wheeled hand cart or pallet jack at each stop, then rolled into their facility
	<li>Handling product ranging from 20 to 80+ lbs, with trailers carrying 700-900 cases
</ul>

<h3><strong>What You Need</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Valid CDL A</strong>
	<li><strong>6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience</strong>
	<li><strong>Valid DOT med card</strong>
	<li>Manual transmission experience preferred
	<li>Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
	<li>Food delivery or physically demanding delivery experience preferred
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Must be at least 21 years old
