	<li>Valid CDL A
	<li>6-12 months+ of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
	<li>At least 1 year of flatbed experience preferred
	<li>Steel coil knowledge is a plus
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Must be able to operate a manual transmission
