Position Type: Local | 1099 Independent Contractor
Earnings & Pay Structure
$27/hour for trips under 500 miles round trip
$0.50 CPM starting rate, up to $0.55 CPM for trips over 500 miles
Weekly direct deposit every Friday
Incentives, Bonuses & Extra Pay
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 paid quarterly)
$100 Clean DOT Inspection Bonus (no limit)
$100 Layover Pay
Quarterly Safety Bonus: $75-$150

Driver Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL & Medical Card
Minimum age: 23
24 months recent, verifiable experience
Clean MVR & PSP (no DUI in last 5 years)
Not prohibited in DOT Clearinghouse
Negative drug test
No major criminal convictions
Comfortable with ELDs and digital paperwork
Occasional overnight availability
