<p>Our client is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional operations based in Myerstown, Pennsylvania. This direct-hire opportunity offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to join a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>
<ul>
  <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $75,000–$110,000 per year</li>
  <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday through Friday with a 6:00 a.m. start time</li>
  <li><strong>Overnight Schedule:</strong> Drivers will be out during the week and home on weekends</li>
  <li><strong>Hours:</strong> 40 hours per week</li>
  <li>After training, drivers may be permitted to take the equipment home</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

  <li>Safely operate a tractor-trailer on regional routes</li>
  <li>Transport furniture to commercial and residential customer locations in accordance with DOT and safety standards</li>
  <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork</li>
  <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel</li>
  <li>Assist with loading and unloading freight as needed</li>
  <li>Unload products by hand using rolling cages, a hand cart, or a dolly when necessary</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License</li>
  <li>6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
  <li>CDL-A tractor-trailer experience</li>
  <li>No endorsements required</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
