CDL-A Lease-to-Buy OTR Drivers - Path to Ownership

Job Type: Contract
License Requirement: CDL Class A (minimum 2 years OTR experience required)
Position Type: Over-the-Road (OTR) - 48 States
Equipment: Tractor + Trailer (lease provided)
Important - Please Apply Only If You Meet the Requirements:
  • Valid CDL Class A license - no other licenses accepted
  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience across multiple states
  • Ability to stay on the road at least 2 weeks at a time (with up to 3 days home time)
  • Clean driving record and eligibility to work as an independent contractor

MML Alliance offers a Lease-to-Buy (LTB) program designed for professional CDL-A drivers who want to build their future as truck owners while earning competitive weekly revenue.

This opportunity is for serious, experienced OTR drivers ready to commit to long-term success.
Pay & Lease Structure

88% of gross revenue is paid directly to you
12% company fee
Weekly Fixed Lease Payment: $2,200/week (covers truck, trailer, insurance, maintenance, factoring, ELD, and support)
Lease-to-Buy Escrow Deposit: $250/week for 10 weeks ($2,500 total, refundable per policy)

Truck Ownership Details:

  • Trucks priced $170,000-$200,000
  • Ownership completed in ~150 weeks (example: $180,000 ÷ $1,200 = 150 weeks)
  • Final price confirmed after approval and assignment
Job Details
  • OTR - all 48 states, no forced dispatch
  • Average gross: $7,000 - $10,000/week
  • 3,000+ miles/week average
  • Fuel card with discounts (fuel cost deducted weekly)
  • Weekly direct deposit (Form 1099 - Independent Contractor)
  • Bonuses:
    Safety bonus: $200-$500 (based on inspections)
    Referral bonus available
