Job Details
Dedicated semi-local reefer position based in 
Gilroy, CA
Operate throughout 
California and Washington
Haul fresh and frozen products in refrigerated trailers
Run from the distribution center in Gilroy, CA, to the UNFI distribution center in Ridgefield, WA
Complete approximately 
2 round trips per week
 between Gilroy and Ridgefield
May cover routes to other distribution centers as needed
Combination of drop-and-hook and customer live load/unload freight
100% no-touch freight
Average approximately 
2,873 miles per week
Drivers may be required to support other JBI/DCS accounts as needed
Assigned automatic sleeper trucks
Trucks must remain at the account during time off

Monday-Friday schedule
Start times between 
11:00 AM and 2:00 PM
Average 
13-hour workdays
Average 
2-3 overnight layovers per week
Holiday work may be required
Job Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 
3 months of truck driving experience
No SAP drivers
Must be willing and able to chain as weather conditions require
Must be willing to support other JBI/DCS accounts when needed
Must meet all DOT, company, and account-specific hiring requirements
Safe driving record required
