Lanes and Dispatch Area
Operations run primarily East of I-35
New York City and the five boroughs are off limits - no exceptions, no pressure
Freight type: dry van, no-touch throughout
Drop-and-hook accounts for 70% of all loads
Live freight rounds out the remaining 30%
Rotation and Lifestyle
12 days on assignment, 2 days at home - consistent every cycle
Pets welcome on board from day one
Passenger rider program also available immediately
Your Truck
Model year 2022 or later - Kenworth or Freightliner automatic
APU equipped for comfort during rest periods
Permanently assigned to you - nobody else drives it
Take-home truck option available to qualifying drivers
Weekly Earnings
Average weekly gross falls between $1,300 - $1,500
Upper tier of the fleet regularly clears $1,750 gross or more
Consistent weekly mileage between 2,200 and 2,800
$300 paid for orientation week - lodging and travel arranged by the company
New CDL Holder? Paid Training Program
Guaranteed weekly pay deposited every Friday during training
Mentored OTR experience over 4 to 6 weeks with a dedicated trainer
Full solo rate activated the day independent driving begins
Minimum 120-hour completion certificate from an approved CDL school required
