TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Phoenix, AZ. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL A Driver Details
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4AM Start time, home daily, immediate start!
- Pay: $30 Per hour straight time + Incentive pay based on loads hauled
- Route Type: Local deliveries
- Freight / Load Type: Drywall and building supplies
- Equipment: Flatbed
- Handling: Strapping and Tarping
CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:
- License: CDL A
- Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Equipment Experience: 6 months Flatbed experience preferred
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a flatbed on local routes
- Transport building materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks, including strapping and tarping
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including strapping and tarping.
