Earn 
$85,000-$95,000 per year
 hauling no-touch retail freight on a dedicated semi-local account. Drivers typically spend about 
two nights on the road each week
 and enjoy frequent home time, plus a 48-hour reset.

Annual steel-toe boot reimbursement of up to

Job Details
Haul retail freight from a distribution center to retail stores throughout the assigned route network.
Handle no-touch freight and store returns.
Loads are preplanned, typically up to one week in advance.
Assemble and disassemble doubles equipment at pickup and delivery locations.
Operate specially equipped trucks designed for doubles operations.
Complete at least 
3 days of training
 with an experienced driver mentor before solo dispatch.
Assist other dedicated accounts or intermodal operations during slower periods as needed.
Account-specific shirts, hats, and required PPE are provided.
On-site management, driver recognition programs, and account appreciation events are available.
Shift Details
Typically begin the workweek 
Sunday evening
 and return early 
Friday morning
.
Start times generally range from 
5:00 PM-12:00 AM
, depending on scheduled runs.
Loads are often ready between 
11:00 AM-3:00 PM
 the day before delivery.
Drivers may choose to run their clocks primarily during the day but must remain flexible for nighttime operations.
Typically home a couple of times per week, plus a 
48-hour weekend reset

Weekend deliveries may be required, especially during September-December surge periods.

Job Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 
3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
Valid DOT Medical Card
No SAP drivers
Ability to assemble and disassemble doubles equipment
Ability and willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and nighttime hours
Willingness to assist other accounts or intermodal operations when needed
Ability to operate safely and legally at all times
