2,000 to 2,400 miles
 per week inside a highly dependable freight network.

 Earn extra cash bonuses for maintaining an accident-free, clean driving record.

Equipment, Logistics & Operations
Assigned Fleet:
 Take command of your own assigned Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia from your first day.
Zero Slip-Seating:
 No shared equipment, no truck swapping, and no fleet rotations.
Cargo Specifications:
 Exclusively dry van logistics-absolutely no flatbed work, no hazmat materials, and no heavy specialized cargo.
No-Touch Freight:
 All customer shipments are pre-staged, meaning drivers never handle or touch the load.
Load Operations:
 The workflow consists primarily of drop-and-hook assignments, with occasional scheduled live stop appointments.
Work Schedules & Home Time Commitments
Confined Geography:
 Operations are restricted strictly to regional corridors, completely eliminating cross-country or coast-to-coast dispatches.
Weekly Routine:
 Your 34-hour restart period is integrated into every single weekly cycle to ensure you return home regularly.
Voluntary Overtime:
 If you have high financial goals, you can voluntarily choose to stay out on the road longer.
Dependable Planning:
 We operate on pre-planned delivery windows, making your scheduled arrival time back home a firm commitment rather than an estimate.
Paid Mentorship & Training Phase
Experience Requirements:
 This position welcomes Class A license holders at any point in their driving career.
Training Program:
 A detailed 3 to 5-week over-the-road mentorship program connects you with a highly experienced driver.
Instruction Focus:
 Curriculums emphasize proper pre-trip inspection routines, log compliance regulations, and customer-site protocols.
Full Compensation:
 Receive your full regular pay rate during the training cycle-no discounted student wages allowed.
Solo Status:
 Transition into independent dispatch the moment your mentor signs off on your certification.

A motor vehicle record (MVR) showing a maximum of 2 moving violations in the past 36 months.
No drug or alcohol-related driving convictions (DUI/DWI) within the last 3 years.
Background check must be clear of felony charges for the past 5 years.
