Why Drive for AGM Transport?

At AGM Transport, drivers aren't just filling seats - they're the reason freight moves. We've built our operation around steady, contracted freight and the kind of on-site support most carriers can't match, so drivers can focus on driving, not chasing answers.

If you're looking for strong pay, modern equipment, and a company that backs you up at every mile, AGM Transport is worth a serious look.

CDL-A OTR Truck Driver Overview

Pay built to add up.
Earn up to $124,800 per year, with base pay of 65-70CPM with all miles paid - loaded and empty. Plus, earn performance, safety, and service bonuses worth up to 5CPM on all miles.*

More ways to earn.
A per diem program is available, plus additional pay for detention, layover, extra stops, and clean DOT inspections* - so your check reflects the full value of your work.

Freight that keeps you rolling.
Run 100% no-touch, dry-van freight with a majority of drop & hook loads on contracted customer accounts - meaning consistent miles year-round across the Midwest, South, and Southeast.

Home time you can count on.
OTR drivers are home every 2 weeks, with Chicago-area drivers home every reset whenever possible and Dallas and Oklahoma City drivers home every other reset.

Assigned trucks built for the road.
Drive your own 2022-2026 Freightliner Cascadia equipped with APUs, inverters, a microwave, and refrigerator, backed by an on-site shop and 24/7 road service so you're never left waiting.

Benefits & Perks

Coverage that backs you up.
Medical, dental, and vision insurance, complimentary life insurance, and a 401(k) with a 4% match after 12 months.

Paid to get started.
Paid orientation with travel reimbursement so your first week works for you before you ever turn a wheel.

Life on the road, made easier.
On-site driver amenities including showers, a driver lounge, and laundry facilities, plus a rider policy and pet insurance so you can bring who matters most.

Get rewarded for bringing your network.
Earn a $2,000 referral bonus for every driver you bring on board.

Support that's always on.
24/7 dispatch and operations support keeps you moving, with an on-site maintenance facility and fuel station ready when you need them.
