Full Description

The City of Oak Grove (pop. 9,179) a growing community located in the North Metro is searching for its next Street Maintenance Worker to join our dedicated Public Works team in maintaining the City's infrastructure. This position performs semi-skilled and skilled operations and maintenance responsibilities in all department areas, including but not limited to operating heavy equipment, maintaining vehicles and equipment, assisting with the city sewer and water plants, doing manual work and general building and grounds maintenance. Other seasonal work includes snow removal in a dump truck with plow, patching streets and mowing parks.  This position requires a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire.
