<p>Our client is seeking CDL A drivers to support regional and over-the-road operations based in Palmdale. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, no-touch freight, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Activity-based pay with earning potential of up to $100,000 per year</li>
  <li>Equivalent mileage pay of $0.55–$0.65 per mile</li>
  <li>Approximately 2,000–3,000 paid miles per week</li>
  <li>Average daily pay of $216, including PTO, training, and qualifying events</li>
  <li>40 hours per week</li>
  <li>Home weekly: approximately 5 days on the road and 2 days home</li>
  <li>Anticipated start date: May 11, 2026</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

  <li>Safely operate a CDL A tractor-trailer on regional and OTR routes</li>
  <li>Transport grocery freight to assigned delivery locations</li>
  <li>Operate sleeper equipment and refrigerated trailers</li>
  <li>Complete routes and deliveries according to schedule</li>
  <li>Follow all applicable safety, transportation, and operating procedures</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License</li>
  <li>1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
