This role offers a flat rate of $275 per day and involves heavy touch freight deliveries to commercial locations throughout the region. The position is temp-to-perm and is expected to begin June 18, 2026.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>

  <li>Average weekly pay: $1,375</li>
  <li>Hours: 40 hours per week</li>
  <li>Start time: Between 4:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m.</li>
  <li>Schedule: Five-day workweek with mandatory Saturdays and one weekday off</li>
  <li>Schedule may be Monday through Friday depending on delivery volumes</li>
  <li>Employment type: Temp-to-perm</li>

  <li>Freight handling: Unload using a hand cart or pallet jack, including deliveries up and down stairs and into basements</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate an automatic reefer tractor-trailer</li>
  <li>Complete local deliveries safely, accurately, and on schedule</li>
  <li>Deliver freight to restaurants, hospitals, schools, and other commercial locations</li>
  <li>Unload freight using hand carts and pallet jacks</li>
  <li>Perform physical freight handling, including stair and basement deliveries</li>
  <li>Follow all applicable safety regulations and maintain a professional driving record</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid CDL A</li>
  <li>2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
  <li>At least 1 year of touch freight experience</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
  <li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>
</ul>
